From Apr. 12 to 14, a joint conference co-sponsored by ZhejiangUniversity and University of York was held. On behalf of the two universities, President Yang Wei and Chancellor Brian Cantor signed an agreement to set up the “York- Zhejiang Lab for Cognitive Radio and Green Communications”.
