How to optimize the performance of organic solar cells, so that solar energy can turn into practical use in daily life? How to improve LED brightness to further reduce energy consumption in lighting? On Mar. 24, Forum of Science and Technology was held at Zhejiang University on the theme of "Cutting-edge Optical Technology". Professors and experts exchanged their ideas on the application of optical science and technology in the new energy development.
This forum was organized by Chinese Academy of Sciences and cosponsored by State Key Laboratory of Modern Optical Instrumentation of Zhejiang University. President Yang Wei made a speech at the opening ceremony, and briefed the advances in optical researches at Zhejiang University.
