Ministry of Education (MOE) Key Laboratory of Soft Soils and Geoenvironmental Engineering (SSGeo), Zhejiang University, located in the City of Hangzhou, China. This laboratory was established in 2007 on the basis of Institute of Geotechnical Engineering, Zhejiang University. The institute has conducted geotechnical research and consultancy for over 50 years as one of China’s most distinguished and pioneering geotechnical research unit.
Research areas:
The laboratory conducts research, teaching and consultancy service in soft soil-related geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering. There are four research directions:
