It was set up from 1991 to 1995, supported with World Bank Loan of 0.5 million US$ equipped with dynamic signal analyzer, network/spectrum analyzer, logic analysis system, universal timer/counter, function generator, Curve tracer, infrared thermovision system, quasi-static simultaneous CV system, surface profile measuring system and high performance digital oscilloscopes.
