主讲人介绍：

Martin Skitmore, Professor in the School of Urban Development, Queensland University of Technology, Australia. He graduated from University of Salford,  receiving his master’s degree and PhD in there. Besides, he held a concurrent post as a visiting professor of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Department of Building and Real Estate in Hong Kong, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in Malaysia and University of Talca in Chile, at a same time, taking the role as a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Charted Institute of Building (CIOB) and International Council for Building Research Studies and Documentation (CIB).

Prof. Skitmore is a well-known international expert in construction management. His research interests include construction management, quantitative analysis and future forecasting. Up to now,he has published more than 100 papers on SSCI / SCI, 4362 times cited and H-index as high as 35 . What’s more, he also carried out widely collaborations with many famous universities and scientific research institutions, like Hong Kong University, Tsinghua University (Beijing), Deakin University and so on.
