食品安全科普进校园:教育孩子 辐射家庭 影响社会

食品安全关系人类的身体健康和生命安全,关系到每个孩子、每个家庭。为增强少年儿童食品安全意识,保障校园食品安全,自2020年“世界食品安全日”以来,浙江大学食品科学与营养系沈立荣教授团队在杭州市10所学校开展了“食品安全科普进校园”活动,通过科普讲座、微课竞赛、网络直播、文艺演出等形式开展了40多场次丰富多彩的活动,打造了免费共享APP学习平台,广泛传播食品安全知识,产生了“教育孩子、辐射家庭,影响社会”的成效。在2021年世界食品安全日即将到来之际,杭州市西湖小学的师生们早早就行动起来了。小朋友说,他们很乐意参加活动,担当传播食品安全知识的小天使,把学到的知识传递给父母、亲朋好友。



Popularization of food safety on campus: educating children, radiating families, and changing society

Food safety is closely related to human health and life safety, reaching to every child and every family. In order to enhance food safety awareness in children and to ensure food safety in school, ever since following the great success of the 2020 World Food Safety Day, Professor Shen Lirong’s team from the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University, has carried out the “Food Safety Popularization on Campus” in 10 schools around Hangzhou, China. More than 40 colorful and exciting activities have been carried out through basic science lectures, micro-class competitions, webcasts, theatrical performances, etc. Moreover, a totally-free APP for food safety learning has been developed. This initiative allows food safety knowledge to be widely disseminated, resulting in educating children, radiating families, and changing social. As the 2021 World Food Safety Day is approaching, teachers and students at Hangzhou West Lake Primary School have taken action early. The children say that they are very happy to participate in any activity, acting as little angels spreading knowledge about food safety and transferring their knowledge to their parents, relatives, and friends.
