报告内容

In the past few years, graphene-based flexible devices become a hot topic worldwide. They have provided promising applications including flexible circuits, flexible batteries, flexible displays and electronic skins. Graphene has the advantages of high mobility, excellent thermal and electrical conductivities, high elasticity, tunable band gap, quantum electronic transport, and high mechanical strength. However, conventional fabrication method has high complexity and cost. In this talk, will introduce a fast, low-cost and simple fabrication method to generate graphene. A laser platform is applied to reduce graphene oxide into graphene. In addition, the fabricated graphene shows significant performance in thermal and wearable applications. At last, will describe some device application examples based on graphene, such as the flexible and tunable graphene strain sensors, graphene earphone, and graphene artificial throat, etc.
